Laughing Kookaburra

Hi martinl yes good guess he is a fledging. This is him just before being reunited with his parents in Lancefield. He was found on the ground, which is normal for fledglings but a passerby picked him up and took him to vet clinic. After a good check over I drove him back to address provided and waited til his parents came.

This looks like a very young one with its fluffy mohawk. Is this a fledgling?
