Spotting

Description:

large bird about 60 - 70 cm, I cannot identify span of wing. One (1st and right side at 4th pict) has brown back with with white or light grey stripes, white or light grey head. The other has similar color pattern (except its head) but darker. unfortunately, I can't see the underpart body. I saw only one bird at first, but after some shot I realize there was a nest and then the darker one came. So I thought they are male and female.

Habitat:

in the midle of palm oil plantation.

Notes:

I can't identity whether they are Spilornis cheela or Spizaetus cirrhatus or even another species.
