Ranitomeya imatator
This frog comes in multiple colour and pattern morphs. This spotted form is thought to mimic Ranitomeya variabilis.
Found in the lower reaches of Rio Huallage in thick forest on the river banks.
This species has a relatively low toxicity compared to other Poison Dart Frogs. The female will lay feeder eggs for the young tadpoles to feed on and interestingly, this species is the first amphibian in which sexual partners have been shown to be monogamous. Ref: Wikipedia, Mimic Poison Frog.
