Reddish Potato Beetle

Leptinotarsa rubiginosa

Little orange red beetle, Looks like a mini version of a June bug but more roundish.

They mainly eat plants that are members of the Nightshade family: tomatoes, eggplant, etc. They are cousins to the Colorado Potato beetle. They can be found in the SW area of the USA and in Mexico.
