Blackberry w/ chlorotic mottle

Rubus armeniacus

Description:

This himalayan blackberry had some chlorotic-mottle looking spots on it. I'm researching possible things that could have caused this now, but it's sort of overwhelming. Blackberry calico virus, Raspberry bushy dwarf virus, apple mosaic virus? I guess it could be a fungus or bacteria too, but it reminded me very much of pictures that I've seen of viruses.

Habitat:

Growing along the fence of a weedy property on an unpaved street in SE Portland.

Notes:

Microscope pics are at 100 and 400 x.
