Cleistocactus Winteri
Columnar cactus forming masses of columns, up to 3 feet tall, this one about 12". Stems about 1.25 inches in diameter, 16 to 17 ribs; spines up to 0.4 inch long. The Cleistocactus winteri has salmon-pink flowers in spring and summer, 1.6 to 2.4 inches in length, 2 inches in diameter. Mature plants bloom repetitively.
Central California Urban backyard pots.... These will be all that grows here if we don't get some rain relief soon
My best guess is Golden Rat Tail or Cleistocactus Winteri... well it has been up here for 5 months with no ID help ... so golden rat tail it is
