Description:

•They eat fish, insects, shrimps, crabs, and sometimes eggs and chicks from other birds. Thay can steal fish from other birds. •They can dive into the sea to catch prey. •They are fiercily defencive of their nests and youngs.

Habitat:

Coasts, beaches, estuaries, mangroves, lagoons -I saw this tern in Angra dos Reis (RJ, Brazil)
