a male Trithemis annulata maybe? suggestions please.

it fits the description on Wikipedia except ("widened abdomen"). i also searched the pictures on the web and all red dragonflies or Crocothemis erythraea have a widened abdomen. The one i saw had very slim abdomen. can this be a different member of the genus? or is it a scarlet Dragonfly?
