Description:

Small pale pink to white flower. Number of flowers per plant varied. 7-8 petals, and not sure how many sepals.

Habitat:

Hardwood forest, w/ cherry, oak, maple. Growing on a north/ northeast facing hillside.

Dandoucette, the leaves of this plant don't look the same as bloodroot. Are you sure this is Sanguinaria canadensis?
