Horse hoof fungus

Description:

Large horse hoof fungus, most were 10cm wide with the biggest ones pictured being as big as a dinner plate, 20-30cm. They are seemingly apart of the tree it’s self.

Habitat:

Found on various tree species (iron bark and gum) along the banks of a trickling bush stream.

The heavily cracked top might suggest Phellinus sp.
