Calliostoma ligatum
I find these fairly often, but usually not in such good shape. The inside of the shell is iridescent. When the outside gets worn down it also is iridescent and that is usually how I find them. The grooves are quite deep and the shell goes from a dark blue-gray at the top to a pink-red at the bottom.
Sandy beach that catches a lot of debris with the incoming tides including lots of kelp, seashells, seaglass and other lighter debris (not so much driftwood as at some other beaches nearby).
