RandyL. is correct. To be more specific, this is Pholiota adiposa sl*. incl, P. cerifera, P. limonella and P. aurivella. Which means: these mushrooms are from a species complex, which can only be distinguished by true experts, most of the time even only with microscope. * sl (=sensu lato), means 'in broad sense'. This way taxonomists include information on the consensus of the species in the scientific species name. There is also the addition 'ss' (sensu stricto), which then of course means 'in strict sense'.
