It is one of the species of Cactus known as Prickly Pear Cactus(common name for family Opuntia). The wheel cactus, nopal tapon, or camuesa, is a species of cactus in the Cactaceae family.It is native and endemic to Mexico, North America.

Habitat:

Found in San Jose De la Popa , Neo Leon in Mexico. It is found on the hiking path towards Popa summit
