Coloration is sea foam with some accent colors in rusty/orange brown. Hairy around the outside of it's body. This is the second one I've found in an oak tree, clinging very tightly to the branch. Maybe 1 inch long.

I was told in a separate forum that this is not Lepidoptera.... but had some help on bug guide and looks very much like an immature river birch dagger moth caterpillar last time I saw one like this: https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/13...
