Thank You Ferny, I just uploaded another Tarantula Hawk that had In my pictures when saw your ID. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/156... a live One, I hadn't seen this color in them, Ill look for the formosa sp.

Tarantula Hawk Wasp - over 250 species as far as I know. Pepsis formosa is one of the most common species of this wasp in our area of the Southwest U.S.
