Swarmer, flying ant

Description:

Most likely flying ant species. Saw this along the way while transect walking. I'm not very familiar about this species, so I thought she was a type of bee. A closer look shows a dominate ant features, but with small and short wings.

Habitat:

Roadside in a sparsely populated secondary forest below the peak of Mount Apo.
