Trifolium grandiflorum
Trifolium grandiflorum is an annual , herbaceous plant , which reaches stature heights of 10 to 30 centimeters. The flower stems are 1 millimeter long. The fruit heads are terminal, ovate, loose and 13 to 30 millimeters thick; the stalks rise above the leaves 2 to 3 times. The crown is 8 to 10 millimeters in size and colored violet. The flowering period is from April to June.
The distribution area of Trifolium grandiflorum includes the eastern Mediterranean . The species grows in thickets and ravines in height positions from 0 to 1600 meters. Their locations are often in partial shade.
