Lovely little black and brown wasp, maybe an Ichneumonid? About 1 cm long in the body. Pictures 2 through 5 are of the female and were taken on 6 July 2015 in the same place.
Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
