Oxytenis is indeed a good candidate. Jonathan, do you have any other picture of it to get a little bit closer? Unfortuntely there are quite a lot of species around and even worser, a lot of color changes within the stages.
I agree with Machi. Your photo most closely matches O. modestia, but I cannot tell much from the photos. Your pics are beautiful, by the way, but not great for species identification. :)

I think this might be an Oxytenis sp. because it has the cobra-like shape around the head. I am not sure about the species.
