Description:

A white (or ivory) colored mushroom with a prominent ring on its stem. Reminds me of a tutu. Perhaps 2" tall.

Habitat:

Growing among dead leaves on the forest floor.

Well, I just checked out images of A. citrina var. alba, and it looks like a match, if you ask me. I'm going to put that up as the tentative ID.

Beautiful! Looks like Amanita citrina var. alba, but I'm not sure, because I can't see the base of the stipe.
