Your third photo is a different bird. I believe you are correct about it being a Song Sparrow :)
Thanks for the suggestion AshelyT. I just submitted two more pictures that are a little closer up. The more I look at the 3rd picture though I wonder if it's a different bird. Maybe I'm seeing a song sparrow and a fox sparrow? With the first two, the bird has the gray you'd expect on a Fox Sparrow but the third picture doesn't but it does have the eye stripe. Thoughts?
The heavy streaking on the chest and the lack of a white stripe above the eye make this a Fox Sparrow. Way cooler than a Song Sparrow in my opinion!
