It might be a Limacella species! It's a relative of Amanita, they have a ring and a very viscous cap. Beautiful shots by the way!

Thanks, Andrés for your suggestion, but this is something different than a Porcelain Fungus. The stem is much shorter and thicker than the one of a Porcellain f.. Also the cap's center is colored brownish on this one - if it was a P.f. in this state of growth, the cap would be pure white.
