Approx 9cm, female on nest
Nesting in garden at forest edge. Other nests have been spotted closer to waterways. Approx 2m off the ground in a lemon tree. The nest is thickly lined with the material that encloses the seeds of the Balsa tree (Ochroma pyramidalis). The outer of the nest is heavily lined with lichen.
