Anoplognathini family
The Christmas Beetle of the family Scarabaeidae, is so named because it appears during December and January. They are metallic green in colour and with the beautiful texture on their elytra. They feed on leaves of Eucalypt tree.
Maybe Anoplognathus porosus?

Yes, you have a lovely collection there. Feel free to add as many as you want to Beetles!
Great shots!
Will do Keith. We have a lot of Aussie beetles in this mission: http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8198...
Rachel, I would be thrilled if you would add this gorgeous spotting to the Beetles! mission. There is a lack of Australian beetles there.
