Coastal Range Fence Lizard

Sceloporus occidentalis bocourtii

Notes:

Was wondering if anyone could tell me what the gray-ish orbs on its neck are? Can't find information on it and haven't seen them in other pictures of the Coastal Range Fence Lizard
