Galerina marginata
Soft, fleshy, brown caps; ring on pale to white stipe. As the name suggests, it is a deadly mushroom when consumed. It resembles prized honey mushrooms to the untrained eye. Photo 2 shows the ring zone on the stipe (stalk) as well as the frequent gills as well as some visiting springtails on the stalk
On a rotting stump alongside some Lycogala slime mold. Both species are wood decomposers.
