Scolops sulcipes
Long curved horn. Large Eyes. Wings do not cover entire abdomen.
Spotted on wild native yarrow. There were 3 specimens on one plant. I found none on any other yarrow plants nearby, only this one.
I've never encountered these prior to today, but rest assured I will be on the look out for them. Pretty neat in my book.
