Description:

Medium sized, black sea birds swimming in the surf. Could be a pelagic (P. pelagicus), Brandt's (P. penicillatus), or Double-crested (P. auritus) cormorant. Unable to see color of throat pouch and face.

Habitat:

Coastal waters in Oregon.
