Mischocyttarus mexicanus cubicola
Rust-colored wasp with short antennae, brownish clear wings, and some black on its thorax. The abdomen was deeply ridged where each section met.

I already have Mischocyttarus mexicanus cubicola listed as the ID, you can see it under the common name at the top.
The long first abdominal segment definitively rules out species of Polistes such as P. fuscatus. The uploader's ID is correct down to the subspecies.
