Crawdad

Cambaridae Camburus

Description:

Crawdads feed off of living and dead animals and plants. They are freshwater crustaceans. They cannot live in polluted water for the most part.

Habitat:

Crayfish live in rivers and brooks because of the water clarity and thin ice conditions. Freezing water destroys their habitat.
