The brown-throated sloth is a species of three-toed sloth found in the neotropical ecozone. It is the most common of the four species of three-toed sloth, and is found in the forests of South and Central America.
Because sloths move so incredibly slow, Algae will actually grow on them.

I seen one in the trees when i was in texas
Such a character! So that explains the green colouring - algae.
As if he wasn't lazy enough he decided to rest his head on his hands . . .
