Stagmomantis carolina. Stagmomantis limbata males have a green stripe that borders each side of the wings and S. carolina does not.

Hi Edgard, great spotting! This is definately a male Carolina Mantis (native species to the US). Here is one that looks just like yours:

Polyspilota aeruginosa (Madagascan Marbled Mantis) does not occur in North America.
