Found at public bathroom near boat launch area within Spruce Run State Park. It was motionless and at chest level on the wall just outside men's room door, a dark unlighted roof covered area. Did not seem frightened or easily disturbed. Never moved even with the 10+ macro like close up flash photographs I took.
