i lived and birdwhach in the north,so i never saw it :-)

Central and Southern, especially on the coasts May/June to August.

Thanks António, its actually a member of the Charadriform order, or Waders as they are generally known. It wades like other waders but also feeds and nests in fields. It flies like Swallows and Terns and is in the middle of them sizewise.

great cache Malcolm, i do not know this one,is from the swallow family?
