Description:

Beautiful orange butterfly with slightly beaten-up wings. The undersides have some of the orange of the top view, but more brown and white markings that are quite distinctive.

Habitat:

Feeding on some sort of vetch maybe? In a grassy area with not many flower blooming yet. 7-mile Loop Trail, Crystal River Preserve State Park.
