We are there for the music. I have company so can not go too far from Echuca. But I bet I will still find a new beetle.
Sun or rain, drought or flood; there is always something to be discovered.

That could be interesting. The recent rainfall record is very unusual up there. Echuca is sitting on only 10% for the past month and should be dry as a bone... but if you nip over to Chiltern or Wang you'll see the results of 150% !! Happy hunting.

You'll see a lot of these now, and the ringed Xenica for the rest of summer, if they survived the heat wave. I'm off to Echuca for the weekend, hope there's more stuff there.
