I think MO is quite accurate, so I can live with calling this Tubifera sp :p

Myxomycetes, which are in fact not Fungi, but belong in the Protista. Slime mold is the common name for this group, which is studied by mycologists as well. Too bad I'm not familiar with these organisms!
