Hi Victoria! This is a great picture. Do you have any other angles for this fly? I agree that this looks similar to Synthesiomyia nudiseta but I can't say for sure. There are some distinct markings for this species that I don't see in your fly (at this angle).

Synthesiomyia nudiseta is not a Tachinid Fly(Family Tachinidae), it is from Family Muscidae. Your fly resembles quite a few flies from this family.
