Great Black-backed Gull

Description:

Several birds were vying for a go at this large fish on the beach. This one won for a while. This is not the exact sequence of what happened, but gives an idea of the rivalry. In the one with the male bird, the first bird was driven off and then quarreled with another bird.

Atlantic Ocean seashore
