heart-rot fungus

Agrocybe parasitica

Description:

Spotted it growing in the midle of Queen Elizabeth II park, on a log. It was 15cm in diameter, yellowish brown on top (tan), stalk was pale white and it had a gill cover in the same color. I tore it to see what's underneath, and I saw it's gills, in tan/brown color.
