Flatworm

Thysanozoon sp.

Description:

This beautiful flatworm was speckled with blue spots and was about 3cm long.

Habitat:

Coral Reef. Spotted at Arthur's Rock on a Night Dive.

I think you're right, though, because I just found a photo of a Thysanozoon that looks almost exactly like your spotting! However, there's no species name listed: http://calphotos.berkeley.edu/imgs/128x1...

Hi Mauna. It was black on the bottom, not whitish like the Aconthozoon sp. Could it be the Thysanozoon sp instead? Thanks.
