That's a definite no, Hema. C. inclusum and C. mildei look basically exactly the same. Their range is drastically different though, as this is a western species and the latter is a northeastern/eastern species.

A lynx spider is a fair guess, but I can give you three reasons why it's actually a sac spider.

1) It's too pale yellow in color, and there is basically no patterning. Lynx spiders are either vibrant green, vibrant yellow, or various shades of brown, and most have some sort of patterning.

2) This has hardly any spines on the body/legs, whereas lynx spiders are positively covered in spines and look like cacti.

3) The general body shape doesn't match that of lynx spider, and the legs themselves are stockier.
