I agree with Laura - Shikra. Among other things, Peregrines are much darker above.

thanks for the suggestions should be Shikra only and I go with it :-)

But it could also be Shikra, which is most likely for that area.

My first thought was Sparrowhawk.....

I doubt it too, but I saw a subspecies of peregrine falcon called minor, and it looks pretty similar to this one, sorry if my suggestion wasn't accurate, it's just a suggestion anyways... :)

r u sure this is a Peregrine Falcon? Check the eyes? I was doubting between a Shikra vs Eurasian Sparrowhawk
