Description:

± 50 cm tall - snow white flowers with pinkish red inside.

Habitat:

Sandstone plains and hills at Cape Point Nature Reserve.

Notes:

The flowers are known by the common name: Everlastings. The genus is endemic to the fynbos of the Eastern and Western Cape in South Africa.

Thank you Christy, the contrast of this completely clean white flower out in the open around dirt and dust - words cant explain the feeling when you see it in the wild. Just supreme species.
