mushrooms

Description:

Unidentified gilled fungus. Completely shriveled up 3 days later.

Habitat:

This small group of mushrooms was growing near the base of a clump of ornamental vegetation (including Bougainvillea), in a large semi-urban yard & garden, next to a disturbed patch of remnant lowland tropical forest.

Notes:

This looks similar to another mushroom spotting in the same general area http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/761...

It was at the base of a clump of ornamentals, including a thick base of Bougainvillea. I'm not sure but I'll address that negligence later :-)
