Machi, your ID appears to be the best match in the Toxomerus genus, thanks for the identification!
Not 100% on that ID, but the markings seem the closest in my eyes. Please look into the other syrphids to confirm.
Like your other spotting I commented on, this is a Syrphid fly. Bee flies are actually their own, much different looking family.
