Balkan Pierrot

Description:

A small butterfly. One of the smallest in Europe, and smallest one in Montenegro. Whit a blue top of the wings, and silvery spotted underside.

Habitat:

Arid savanna in Mauritania, Niger (the Air region), Sudan (Khartoum), Uganda, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, North Africa, the Balkans, Western Asia, parts of Central Asia and in India.

Notes:

In Cijevna canyon (Montenegro) present, but usually seen as individuals.
