Wild Carrot

Daucus carota

Description:

Lacy white umbellate flower with a dark, almost black centre.

Habitat:

Messy land among olive grove on margin of small village.

Notes:

Not 100% sure of the ID. Wikipedia says Daucus carota is native to temperate Europe. I am not sure whether this means it is native to Greece. It is not listed on greekflora.gr
