Looks like a Wasp of some sort, possibly a Field Digger Wasp but I'm no expert. Are you able to crop one picture and post it so we can see it bigger and better. When you post to PN the pictures are shrunk before they are displayed so cropping to 500x500 pixels is fine for second and subsequent shots.
