Description:

This is a blurry but still identifiable photo of the Eastern Phoebe that appeared at the Arcata Marsh on 11/3/12. Note the gray upperparts and the almost all-white underparts (the common local Black Phoebe is all black above with a black breast and white belly), with some dusky color on the sides of the breast and a trace of yellow on the flanks.
